Program description
Project Signal Schedule Alerts (the “Program”) is operated by Benjamin R. Consulting Inc., operating as Project Signal. Construction companies use Project Signal to send schedule notifications, reminders and change alerts to people working on their projects, such as foremen, subcontractors, consultants and owner representatives.
How you opt in
- A project team member adds your mobile number to a project.
- You receive a one-time consent request identifying the company and the Program.
- You reply YES (or follow the link) to start receiving messages. No other messages are sent until you do.
- You may also opt in through a web form that clearly describes the Program.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or employment.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with project activity — typically 1 to 10 messages per week per project. You may receive more during periods of frequent schedule changes.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Project Signal does not charge recipients for messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages from that program number. To rejoin, reply START or ask your project contact to send a new consent request.

Your replies
YES, STOP, START and HELP are handled automatically. Any other reply is passed on to the project manager who sent the message, and is kept with the project’s message log so the team can see who answered.
